Fast delivery:

Orders are dispatched and shipped quickly in the order they arrive. If your order is urgent, you can always get it in front of the queue by selecting "Fastest" during delivery when you complete your order in the shop. During delivery you can also see the expected delivery time in the number of working days. Whenever possible, we also deliver at the end of the week at no extra charge.

Shipping Rates:

Due to Snackshop.dk's long-standing position in the Danish market, we have advantageous agreements with the large freight companies, which means cheap shipping for the benefit of our customers. The bulk of our product range is heavy goods, and here our freight agreements are extremely important to the customers, as we only bill the real freight and have no shipping or packaging fees.

As a starting point, the shop will typically write "DKK 0," or "free" during shipping. The amount can be changed as items are added to the basket and the delivery address stated. If you set up as a customer before ordering, the system will immediately calculate the exact shipping rate as you add or remove items from your order. Delivery at address:

We usually deliver directly to the address when the recipient is company, institution, school, leisure club and the like. In the case of unsuccessful delivery, the goods will often be forwarded to the freight terminal, and the consignee must expect a fee for unsuccessful delivery in the cases where the freight company imposes this. You can avoid in vain delivery at any time by writing on the order that the goods must be placed and where.

Smaller companies, associations and sole proprietors should sign the order that the goods must be placed to ensure delivery at the address.

Pick up yourself:

You can choose to collect your goods yourself in our warehouse in 3660 Stenløse. You can choose this when ordering in the shop. When your order is ready, you will receive a text message and then your order can be picked up all weekdays at. 8:00 to 20:00. You should therefore wait to pick up until you receive a text message so that you do not drive in vain. Uncollected orders are stored for 30 days, after which they are destroyed. No compensation is given for uncollected orders.

Orders ordered for pick up are always dispatched for pick up as soon as possible. It is therefore not necessary to write on the order that you want quick collection.

On the other hand, you can write on your order if you do not want to collect as soon as possible. In that case, you can write on the order which day you want to pick up, then the order will be made ready for pick up on the specified day.

Delivery time on goods:

For a few goods, approximately delivery time is stated. For these items, the delivery time is placed on top of the selected delivery time.
It is clear from the description of the goods if there is a delivery time so that no surprises occur.

Freight Damage:

Any cargo damage must be reported to Snackshop immediately. If there is visible external damage to the package or goods, reservations must be made to the courier, freightman or courier. Take a picture of damaged package / goods before unpacking. Then take pictures of damaged items when unpacking. Send pictures and description to info@snackshop.dk - Remember to provide order number.

Defects:
